Aaron brings a strong background in large- and small-scale ecological restoration and mitigation projects to the Stream + Wetlands Foundation team from previous work for the Ohio Wetlands Foundation and Jobes Henderson & Associates. His responsibilities include stream and wetland mitigation and restoration, site assessment and validation, conceptual restoration plan development, project management for field development, management and oversight of field construction crews and activities, post-construction site maintenance and monitoring activities, compliance management, and cost control for field development projects. Aaron has more than 22 years of experience in engineering and managing projects and design teams from initial concept design through construction + monitoring to long term stewardship. Beyond his practical experience Aaron’s ecological and environmental training includes Olentangy River Wetland Research Park (ORWRP) Wetland Delineation training course, ORWRP Ecological Restoration Training Course, American Society of Civil Engineers HEC River Analysis System training, Ohio Department of Transportation Ecological Surveys and NEPA training.

Education: Bachelor of Science degree, Civil and Environmental Engineering, The Ohio State University.

Licensing: Ohio Registered Professional Engineer
