Section 404 of the Clean Water Act – Individual 404 Permit

  • Time required for USACE to determine application is complete = 15 days (33CFR 325.2(a)(2))

Nationwide Permits

  • NWP29 – Residential Developments (wetlands one-half acre or less, streams 300 feet or less)
