Devin Messerly joined the S+W team in August, 2020 assisting with the management of restoration projects. Devin also oversees annual mitigation monitoring, coordinating site maintenance activities, and preparing mitigation bank and in-lieu fee documents. Devin is a 2016 graduate from Ohio University in Athens with a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering. For the past four years, Devin has gained experience in all aspects of the built environment including planning and design, permitting, construction and operations while serving as an assistant project manager for an engineering and environmental consulting firm.
